Foundation & Extension

Our company is a premier landscaping and home renovation contractor in Toronto and the overall GTA region.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality services that meet your needs, and when it comes to home landscaping, one of the most important aspects to consider is the foundation of your home. Foundation extension is a process that involves adding onto the existing foundation to make your home more stable and secure. At King Concrete, we are committed to providing top-notch foundation extension services to our clients in Toronto and the GTA.

Foundation extension is a necessary process for many homeowners, especially those who want to add onto their homes or renovate their basements, basement entrances, garages or room extensions. It involves excavating around the existing foundation, then adding concrete or masonry to extend the foundation further into the ground. This not only makes the home more stable and secure, but it also helps to prevent future damage from settling or shifting. Our team is dedicated to helping you transform your outdoor space and create the home of your dreams. Sidewalk Stamped Concrete is one of the exciting options we offer, which can be used for landscaping and home renovation. Cost-wise, it’s an ideal choice if you’re on a tight budget but still want to achieve that high-end look.

At King Concrete, we use only the latest techniques and materials to ensure that your foundation extension is done right. Our team of experienced professionals will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your home is safe and secure. We will start by assessing your current foundation and determining the best method for extending it. We will then excavate the area around the foundation, add new materials, and finish the job with a seamless transition between the old and new foundation.

One of the things that sets King Concrete apart from other landscaping companies in Toronto and the GTA is the attention to detail that we bring to every job. We understand that your home is your most significant investment, and we take great care to ensure that every aspect of our work is conducted with the utmost precision and care. Our team of experts is committed to providing you with the highest quality workmanship and customer service in the industry. The pattern can range from a simple brick or stone design to more intricate patterns like circles, waves or stars. The beauty of stamped concrete is that it can mimic the look and feel of other materials like brick, cobblestone, slate, and wood. This option can also be used indoors to create unique flooring options. The only thing stone interlocked driveways or pathways require is periodic pressure washing with occasional graining of the gaps with gaps to discourage the growth of weeds or ferns. Add grit, character and value to your home. If you are looking for credible interlocking stone professional services in the Greater Toronto Area and its Surrounding Areas, look no further than King Concrete.

There are 3 Types of Foundations:

Basement: Full and Daylight
This type is the deepest of the three major foundation types. A full basement matches most or all of the floor space of the level above and it is generally at least six feet high. Newer homes typically have taller basements to facilitate converting them to living space.
Crawlspaces are unheated spaces and may be ventilated with small vents that penetrate the foundation walls to promote a small amount of airflow through the crawlspace.
Concrete Slab-On-Grade
Slab-on-grade foundations tend to be less expensive than the subgrade (full basement or crawlspace) foundations and can offer better protection against termite infestation (also common in warmer climates).
